Tony, the manager of our job, and Spencer, the main construction person, were AWESOME and SUPERB ! They were thorough and precise with professional workmanship. It was a pleasure working with them and their crew with our water damage. There are always hiccups in construction , but we all dealt with these over the last several months.

Excellent experience, start to finish!
When a water leak caused several thousand dollars of damage to my home, I needed a company that could do it all - floors, ceilings, cabinets, walls, painting and more. I chose Restoration Network and I’m so glad I did.
I first met with Tony who took time to evaluate the damage, assured me that they could handle all of it, explained what they would be doing and how, and dealt with my insurance company. He took a huge weight off my shoulders. For the duration of the project, Tony stayed in frequent contact with me, letting me know what they were planning, how it would be done, and checking to see if I had any concerns.
Spencer, who worked in my house almost daily, was skilled and efficient in tackling the big jobs while meticulously paying attention to the details. He always took care to protect the rest of my home, insuring that nothing was damaged. He was always willing to listen to my concerns, offer solutions, adjust the schedule for me and follow through. He knows his stuff and does top quality work.
In short, I had a superior experience working with Restoration Network. My home really was restored. Highly recommend!

Filipe and his crew were outstanding. Excellent communication. They told us what they were going to do why they were doing it and how they were going to do it before starting. Once in progress they were excellent in keeping us updated. They were very easy to work with courteous up beat made us feel we were being well taken care of. They didn’t hesitate to ask us questions and really took the time to explain everything in an easy to understand manner. They conveyed a positive attitude while doing their work. My ask of how things were going was met with a smile which really helped to put us at ease. Do what ever you need to do for these guys they are great

After hail damage last summer, water came through my upstairs ceiling. I contacted my insurance for a roof claim and was directed towards RW. They were immediately responsive, came to assess quickly, and dealt with a complicated process getting my claim fully approved. When the claim was finally accepted, they did the roof the following week. They were professional and did an excellent job. Even my neighbors keep saying how impressed they are!

Throughout the process, the communication from the team was great. Thank you, Jack and Kalvin. I would highly recommend RW to friends and neighbors.
